1. Set clear and achievable goals: read 25 min everyday, how many books you want to read in a year 2025. Use Goodreads or blog update.
2. Consistent Schedule a routine - after lunch, before bed, early morning etc. use a habit tracker (loop) or offline habit tracker.
3. Choose book with your interest.
4. Limit digital distraction and silent phone. Use Kindle and noise cancellation headphone.
5. Carry a book everywhere physical books/audiobooks/Kindle/pdf/article/blog/podcast/book summary etc.
6. Join a library or book club.
7. Take notes and summarised, applied it in your life and share with others.
