• Wake up early at 5 am.
• Immediately recite your goals and imagine yourself to complete them and go to mirror and say it loud, Visualise sucess and positive affirmations.
• Drink a glass of water.

• Do meditation.
• Take shower (teeth/face/hair care) and drink coffee.
• Praying to the god to help you for accomplished my GOAL.
• Fuel your body with healthy breakfast.
