Judge continuously is that good for me or bad for me. Short-term pleasure never gives you long-term satisfaction. Wasting time on online stuff ( you already know what I mean). Having a purpose that you reflect each day, growth stats. Not living like a zombie, days come and go. Don't just say what you want or just daydream about it. If you truly want it then put the action.
Take action and see the results.
Men are creators/ builders - you can't sit all day and do nothing. You have to create something new all the time, always create/ build/ produce whatever you want but do it seriously.
Maybe yt videos, photography, writing, travelling, blogging, vlogging or working towards a goal.
The mission for the 90 days is detailed. Record every progress.
1. Introspection - who am I? What do I want? What do I do ? ...
2. Make a list of what you want to achieve in the next 10 years well thought list. Now questions each wants, Do I want it or do other people want me? Do I want to own it or just to experience it ???
3. Write your own biography: to rid yourself of sitcoms, movies and web series programming. Divide your life into parts and write all things, don't alter the details. Try to imagine each of the incidents playing in your mind like a movie. Take time, be slow and pause often to reflect. Accepted the past and move on far many people don't accept the past so they can't enjoy the present and future.
4. Create a list of core values, virtues and TBR
5. Throwing the junk out of our life ( online & offline things) • social media, PMO, all kinds of drugs, movies, games, web series, pop culture articles, news, yt etc. all destroy attention span, give you unnatural dopamine.
6. All of the things in my hand no one forces me to do anything, ignore the voice in your head.
7. Identify the pattern ( habits) from the mind.
8. Breathing meditation.
9. Fixing your internal monologue & mental narrative: people have a negative voice in their head ( e.g. I'm not good, I'm a failure etc) inner dialogue cuts you instead of building you. "Everything you can or can't do is limited by how and what you think ". Treat yourself as a friend you are responsible for helping --- Reframe the problem as a learning opportunity --- problem to opportunity and abundance. Make the table. The difference is the thought process that sets winners apart from whiners. The most important lessons.
10. No gossiping - when you gossip you forget about your life. Don't gossip Be it friends, professors, bosses, politicians or celebrities. People live through other lives if I were in their place I would do etc. people celebrate people's achievements like they were their own. They act like a living advertisement for someone else. Take inspiration, learn from them and do things. Do compliment instead of gossip.
11. Exercise: you can't have a strong mind in a weak body. Make a strength training routine and stick with it. Do some cardio and swimming once in a while to keep things fun. 50 push-ups, jumping jacks, squats, sit-ups, calf raises, 3 min plank, stretch your body. Make the repetition to 100.
12. Eat intentionally - only eat natural food. Avoid food that is made in the factory, processed food, sugar, soft drinks etc. Eat protein only, skip breakfast, and eat at the same time each day. Intermittent fasting life.
13. Reading and researching: understanding and reflection. You can learn more about any topic 7 to 10hr of solid research. (E.g. bitcoin)
14. Develop a morning routine: make a killer morning routine. Dominant morning, dominant day. Wake up and do 10 jumping jacks then recite your mission loud, exercise, take a shower drink coffee then meditate. People in motion stay in motion.
15. Planning your day, write a to-do list and don't to-do list before sleep, write it on paper. Make structure or routine to get things done. Rough outline how what your day already looks like. Time is a valuable resource you can't get it back. Don't use tomorrow your plans and goals will die. Do it today.
16. Write a journal and reflect upon your day: at the end of each day, write in a journal about how your day has been. Write about things that you do, what you ate, who you met, what you talked about. Did I make a social mistake, how was my mood overall, was today a productive day, how could I improve today, what things did I do wrong but I did better, what things did I do right. Unreasonable expectations are the reason why people quit too soon.
17. Any other habits you want to incorporate ( dress better, learning a foreign language)
